From the South
Drive north on I-91 to Exit 8. At the end of the ramp, turn LEFT onto Route 131 (you’ll be going west).
Drive on Route 131 for about 7 miles until you come to a Stop sign. That’s the intersection of Routes 131 and 106. Turn RIGHT onto Route 106 (you’ll be going north).
Drive on Route 106 for about ¼ mile. On the left you’ll see an a-frame sign on the side of the road advertising the HHW collection (unless the sign’s been stolen). You’ll see gates and small signs indicating that you’re at the Weathersfield Transfer Station.
From the North

Take Route 131 East to the intersection with Route 106 at Downer’s Four Corners. Turn LEFT onto Route 106 (going north). Drive about ¼ mile – transfer station will be on left (across from Amsden School Road).
From the East
Take Route 131 West to the intersection with route 106 at Downer’s Four Corners. Turn RIGHT onto Route 106 (going north). Drive about ¼ mile – transfer station will be on left (across from Amsden School Road).
