Ammunition cannot be brought to a Household Hazardous Waste collection. If the ammo is in useable condition, try to find someone who might use it--your police department, a gun shop, or a hunter. If the ammo is old, wet, or corroded, your police department should be able to take it or advise you on how to dispose of it.
